All orders are processed within 3 days, Monday through Friday. If you place an order before 1 p.m. EST on Monday, your order should ship by Wednesday. The same applies to Friday orders.
If you place an order before 1 p.m. EST on Friday, your order should ship by Tuesday. If you place an order after 1 p.m. EST on Friday, your order should ship by Wednesday.
For Canadian orders, please allow a few extra days to process.
Bleacher Creatures provides Fed Ex Smart Post as the most economical shipping option for our customers. Smart Post is also offered as a free shipping option on all orders over $50 USD. Bleacher Creatures processes all orders within 72 hours and expected delivery time while using Smart Post is 4-10 business days once shipped.
Please note that the Bleacher Creatures shipping policy is once Bleacher Creatures has shipped your order and it has left our facility, Bleacher Creatures no longer claims responsibility for your package. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, refer to your tracking # in your shipping confirmation email and call USPS or your local post office with all questions pertaining to your delivery.
PRE-ORDER DISCLAIMER - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO ORDERING: If you combine a pre-order item with an in stock item, your full order will SHIP TOGETHER when the pre-order items comes in to stock. We ship to all 50 US States, Canada, as well as APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. We can only ship NHL, NBA and MLB products to Canada.
What are my options for shipping?
All orders are shipped via Fed Ex Smart Post or UPS. Services include 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Nexy Day Air Saver, Next Day Air, and Flat Rate Shipping. Please remember 3rd Day Select is three days after shipment, which may take up to 72 hours to process.
How much do you charge for shipping?
It depends on the shipping method you choose, your location, and the weight of the item(s) in your shopping cart. For United States orders over $50.00, Fed Ex Smart Post is free.
Do you charge sales tax?
Pennsylvania, New York and California residents, and all orders shipped to Pennsylvania, New York and California addresses, will be charged the applicable sales tax. Customers outside of Pennsylvania, New York and California will not be charged sales tax.
I received my order and the item is damaged – what should I do?
Please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com within one week and we will send a replacement for the damaged item, as well as instructions on how to return your order. In your e-mail, please include your name, address, phone number, and order number.
What is the best way to clean my Bleacher Creature?
We recommend that you hand wash your Bleacher Creature if it becomes become dirty over time. Standard wear and tear can occur to your Bleacher Creature as with any (plush) toy. Do not place your Bleacher Creature in the washer or dryer as this can damage the plush figure. If the plush figure nose accumulates fuzz over time, simply place rubbing alcohol on a q-tip and rub the nose gently with care.
I need to return my order – what should I do?
Changed your mind? Please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days and we will gladly accept your return. In your e-mail, please include your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return. You will be issued a Return Authorization number as well as instructions on how to return your order. Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.
If you are returning your order due to a Bleacher Creatures error, we will send you a return label. We can then either issue a full refund or even exchange. If you are returning your order for other reasons, you will be responsible for return shipping. We will issue a refund for the item(s) purchased upon receipt at our facility. All refunds are for product price only. No shipping refunds.
